
Here we are again—getting ready to wrap up another year. Lily and Z have shared a lot with us in 2011. Because January is almost here and we’re busy getting ready for 2012, we thought we’d give you a chance to look back at 2011 and see if you missed anything.
In January it was time to know your numbers. Everything from calories to blood sugar to taxes was discussed. Then take a look at your BMI and weight.
Guest writer Chitoka Webb offered advice on how to love the skin you’re in. You should also check out the February archives if you missed reading about the sandwich generation or what to do if a relationship turns violent.
In March it was time to “get fresh” whether it was spring-cleaning or learning how to deal with stress. Once your home and mind are fixed up, it’s time to go into April and learn how to take care of our bodies.
How long has it been since you have stretched? In May Lily and Z talked about stretching their bodies and their budgets. They also started working their resumes as well as boning up on etiquette.
Safety should always be a top priority, so check out June to find out about poison safety, weather safety, and fire safety.
Anything free is important! July has cheap and free hobbies for the summer.
August finds Z repairing her home while Lily is having trouble sleeping. Following your passion is important to everyone so find out what our life coach had to say about it in the September posts.
In October, Z and her daughter discussed breast health. Then it was time to start getting ready for the holidays by looking for opportunities to volunteer.
November and December are filled with helpful information about keeping your stress levels down during the holidays. Know the signs to look for when someone seems depressed or “different” than normal. Finally, enjoy those holiday parties and the treats without feeling guilty or blowing your diet.
