Julia Baker has partnered with Ben Page and Gavin Duke at PAGE | DUKE landscape architects for over 26 years managing a local firm with regional and national acclaim for their residential, institutional and community designs. She is a Belmont University graduate. After three years of being on the Executive Board for WPCTN, she is honored to service as the President this year. Her commitment to Girl Scouts started when her oldest daughter was in 1^st grade and lasted over 10 years, including her three year term as the Service Unit Manager. She has been a volunteer at Christ Church in some capacity for over 25 years as a teacher, event coordinator, chairman of the Board selection committee and formation of a criteria and process for the Youth Leader national search. For the past two years, she has served as an ATHENA award Judge for both the traditional and YP candidate applications. In 2015 as the co-chair for the MS Fall Crush fundraiser for the Middle Tennessee Chapter of the MS Society, her efforts garnered a record-breaking event. She is a committed volunteer and supporter of the The Bridge Ministry, Narrow Gate Foundation, Tucker’s House, AWAKE and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As a mother of four children, Julia’s passion is to be involved in empowering and educating the next generation of female leaders.

Jaleesa Johnson is a clinical research coordinator with Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She has also performed research for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with the NC TraCS Institute on childhood obesity. Jaleesa has traveled to Ghana, West Africa, to perform mission work and research at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra in the labor and delivery unit, where she also mentored young children. She was previously employed with Alignment Nashville, the Metro Public Health Department in Nashville, and Carolinas Healthcare System in Charlotte, N.C. She has volunteered for various organizations working with children’s health, breast cancer awareness and pregnant and parenting populations. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in public health from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and her Master of Science degree in public health from Meharry Medical College.

Teri Powell is a native Tennessean with deep ties to communities across the state. Teri holds a degree in business administration from Middle Tennessee State University. She later earned her master’s degree in the same field. Teri worked several years in the life insurance industry before following her passion for patient advocacy, and at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a patient and family liaison. She is currently with Project BRAIN as a brain injury transition liaison, in which she works to improve the educational outcomes for students with brain injury.

Allison Reynolds is a licensed CPA with a local Nashville firm, Doyle & Horlacher, PLC. She has over ten years of experience in public accounting. Allison is a Tennessee native, born and raised in DeKalb County. She currently resides in the eastern corner of Wilson County with her husband of 12 years. Allison has her Master’s degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University, where she also completed her undergraduate degree in accounting in 2005. During her years as a CPA in public practice, Allison has worked with several non-profits assisting with various needs. Allison is a member of the Liberty Hill Presbyterian Church and serves on their entertainment committee.

Elaine Boyd has over 25 years of experience with the federal government, private industry and state government in the areas of organizational performance excellence, project management, account management and strategic planning. Currently, she serves as the Senior Advisor for the Bureau of Environment at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation where her focus is leading the department-wide performance excellence initiative, Lean process improvement, and special project implementation. Elaine serves as the Commissioner’s designee on the Water Quality, Oil and Gas Board. She has been a member of the Board of Examiners for the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence since 2012, and on the University of Tennessee – Knoxville Parents Council since 2013. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil and environmental engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Lisa Haupert is the owner of Shameless Singing Music in the Berry Hill neighborhood of Nashville. Lisa is a professional voice coach who is also trained as a wellness coach, has a master’s degree in nursing in adult health and education, and is a trainer for singing teachers in the Be A Singing Teacherfoundational courses. She specializes in working with artists to develop their voices so that they are no longer limited, but rather liberated, by their style.  With teachers, she helps them acquire the scientific and coaching information they need to be excellent voice teachers. She also hosts the Nashville Vocal Coach Collective. Lisa is excited to be serving women in Nashville as a board member of AAW. Her hope is to help women discover and implement realistic and doable options that give them greater health of heart, mind, body, and soul.

Brandee Madden is a psychiatric nurse practitioner/nurse instructor employed by Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. She has been involved with mental health care for over 20 years and is passionate about the mental health care of all individuals. She has worked with people of many backgrounds as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and currently specializes in addiction treatment for women. She uses her skills as an educator and advocates to provide services to the women in the Nashville area.

Ginny Moore is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner whose special interest in underserved populations. She has taught at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing since 1990 while practicing in a diverse number of settings that include family planning, sexual assault examination, private practice and community-based health care clinics. Her volunteer activities include service as a sexual assault crisis line worker and patient advocate in a residential community for women surviving lives of violence, prostitution, and addiction. Her scholarly interests include the promotion of effective communication in vulnerable adult women. Ginny’s service includes board membership on the Greater Nashville Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation where she served as education committee co-chair, nominating committee member and grant committee member.

Tabitha Mundy is a native Nashvillian with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fisk University and a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She serves on the Tennessee State University Wesley Foundation Board, where she holds the positions of vice president and program chair. She is president of Black Methodist for Church Renewal in the Tennessee Conference and has served on boards with Fifty Forward and MediEmployment Services, Empowerment, Inc. She is a member of CMSA and Mid-Cumberland Council of Health Care SW and holds the office of recording secretary with the Nashville Fisk Club. Tabitha participated in Belmont Executive Learning and was nominated for the Nashville Emerging Leader Award. She partnered with Community Alliance Partnership to serve students in an afterschool program to address neighborhood violence and is the COO for Music City Cleaners. Tabitha launched a growing project management company in 2017 and has maintained positive client relations in the Nashville community and beyond. She serves as executive director for the Fortitude Group and has been an active member of Gordon Memorial United Methodist Church. She started an outreach program partnering with Jere Baxter Middle called “girl talk” that focuses on building bonds with 7th-grade girls. Tabitha is a writer for the UMC with works published in the inaugural issue of By Faith Magazine.

Stephani Ryan has over 25 years of experience leading insurance operations, marketing and sales of program and product management initiatives for start-up and established organizations. Passionate about health care services, Stephani has spent her career focused on the delivery of healthcare services and extending health care access to the underinsured and uninsured. She is currently the director of the CHOICES and SelectCommunity programs for BlueCare Tennessee, a Medicaid managed care organization, which is a subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Prior to joining BlueCross, Stephani oversaw the development and management of CoverTN, one of four health care access programs for the uninsured under the Cover Tennessee umbrella. Stephani is a graduate of David Lipscomb University in Nashville, where she earned a degree in finance and economics. She is married to Ed Ryan and has two stepchildren, Zach and Colleen.
